    Straight answers

    Do I have to change anything on my router?

    No. The box calls out to the Piets Hub on its own. No port forwarding, no special setup. Wi-Fi or a network cable is all it needs.

    How do I change my menu or prices?

    Text or email Piets the change and we send it to your screen remotely, usually within minutes.

    Can anyone put anything on my TV?

    No. Every photo and ad request waits for approval. Nothing shows until it is OK'd.

    What if the internet goes down?

    The screen keeps playing what it already has. It catches up when the internet is back.

    What does it cost?

    A monthly fee, set for your place. Ask us for pricing. If you ever want to keep the box, there is a one-time unlock fee (ask us), and we release your content to you.

    What happens if I miss a payment?

    A small notice shows on the screen. After the grace days the screen pauses until the account is paid.
