Through third-party lenders

Do the whole job now. Pay for it monthly.

Most people cut a camera system in half because of what it costs this month, then pay twice to finish it next year. Financing lets you do it once, properly, and spread it.

Put in your own numbers and see the shape of it.

This works off figures you type in — the job total and whatever rate a lender has actually quoted you. It is arithmetic, not an offer, and Piets does not set any of it.

What can go on it

The whole job, not just the boxes.

Equipment finance usually covers more of a project than people expect — including the labour and the wire, which is often the larger half of a proper install.

Camera systems

Cameras, recorder, drives and the install. The full system instead of four cameras and a promise to add more later.

Network & cabling

Switches, access points, structured cabling and the labour to run it where it should have gone the first time.

POS & registers

Terminals, handhelds, kitchen printers and KDS screens for a counter or a full kitchen build.

Access control

Readers, strikes, intercoms and the door hardware that goes with them.

Menu boards & screens

Commercial displays, mounts and the Piet Box behind them.

Lighting installs

Permanent architectural track for a building, controller and power work included.

How it goes

Four steps, and you can stop at any of them.

01

Get the job quoted

Financing starts with a real number. We walk the site and write the quote the way we always do — pre-tax through the body, tax once at the end.

02

Apply to a lender

We hand you to a third-party equipment lender. They run their own review and come back with their own terms.

03

Read the real terms

Rate, length, deposit, fees and what happens at the end of the term. In writing, from them. Take it to your accountant.

04

We do the work

Approved and happy with it? The job gets scheduled. Not happy? Pay the normal way or shelve it. No pressure either direction.

Read this bit properly. Piets Technology Solutions is not a lender, a broker of record or a financial adviser, and does not approve, decline or price credit. Equipment financing is provided by third-party lenders who set every term after their own review. Nothing on this page is an offer of credit, a rate, or a promise that you will be approved. The calculator above only does arithmetic on numbers you typed in. How a purchase or a lease is treated for tax is a question for your accountant, not for us.

Straight answers

The questions everybody asks

Does applying cost me anything?

Not with Piets. Whether the lender charges anything, and what their application does to your credit file, is on their paperwork — ask them directly before you apply.

Can I pay it off early?

That depends entirely on the lender’s agreement. Some allow it cleanly, some do not. It is one of the first things worth asking them.

Lease or buy?

Genuinely depends on your books, and we are not the right people to answer it. Get both sets of terms and put them in front of your accountant — it is a ten-minute conversation that can change the answer.

Do I have to finance through you?

No. Plenty of clients use their own bank or an existing line of credit. The quote is the same either way.

What if I get declined?

Then you get declined, and we work out what the job looks like in phases instead. It happens, it is not awkward, and it does not change how you get treated.
